Cuddy is in a plane crash on her way home to Princeton. She survives, though the impact of the crash leaves her with post-traumatic stress, which House witnesses without really knowing how to approach or respond to. The mysterious nature of the plane crash is just the beginning of a whole chain reaction of catastrophic events that grip the world as the apocolypse approaches. And when there’s no tomorrow, House and Cuddy can either leave everything unsaid between them, or take the last chance they have before they run out of time.
