Hijackers are not idiot!!! They have high mental problem.
You should NOT inflate your lifejackets until u r either OUTSIDE the plane, or JUST ABOUT TO jump out. Otherwise you will drown because you would be floating on the celling of plane.

Capt Leul Abatte did an amazing job,i have a big respect 4 him,he knew how to negociate with thse dumb ass terorists and,that was the third time he was getting hijacked what a great pilotand,he is still flying 4 Ethiopian!

well, the hijackers were dumb enough not to pay attention to the pilot and where he was going, so he just circled near the island, so he would be able to land there.
